After a few months I can say I won't renew my lease. This is by far the HOTTEST apartment I have ever lived in. The electric bill for July was $135.00. There is no air movement and the closets have small windows in them which makes it extremely hot in the bedrooms. No ceiling fans, which means higher power bills. People don't pick up after thier pets, they take them right in front of the office and don't pick up after them, seem to not care and they allow large dogs which is sad considering they are much too big for a small apartment. The parking is horrible, the assigned spaces are so close together there are times you can't open your doors after pulling in, have already had damage to my vehicle from other doors. The RV park next door is less than appealing.

The layout is nice, it's too bad some more thought wasn't put into the design, especially excluding the ceiling fans, the closets and packing the parking together like it is are just a few headaches and worries to deal with. No security on site is another worry.

I tried to keep an open mind with moving to Boulder Hwy, I can say when the lease is up I'll be hading to the North West... Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

We are actually living at Sienna Suites and I can tell you there are no transients here. It's certainly not cheap to stay here either. Everything is immaculately kept and we have security 24/7. You may like to do some research before you cast aspersions!!!!
