I was a residence at turtle creek and glad to say that i will no longer be a residence there ever.
there were several things wrong with the apartment when i first moved in and is still not fixed to this date.
1) hot water heater did not work properly. this was told to the front office at least 10 times. sometimes i would only get hot water for 3-5 minutes
2) several outlets in the apartment was not working and still it not working
3) was told by front office that 1 ceiling fan would be install for free. so i went to buy one and told them to install it. DID NOT get installed.
4) when i moved in there was a moved in special where they was waiving the cleaning fee. I kept the apartment fairly clean, always takes my shoe off, no traffic in the house, clean up after myself. When i moved out, they decided to charge me to clean up the apartment and im losing most of my deposit. They told me the cleaning fee was for when i first moved in. Whoever heard of paying a cleaning fee to moved into the apartment''' why would anyone want to moved into a dirty apartment' So basically they charged me for 2 cleaning fees and will do the same to the next tenant. what a ripoff!!!
5) the apartment is poorly built. I can hear almost everything that goes on downstairs. everytime the baby cries, i can hear it loud and clear.

there might have been more complaints but this is pretty much all i can think of right now.

i'm glad im outta this place!!!!
