I have lived here for 2 years, ever since it was a small complex & I absolutely love this place. The staff is great, they are always so professional & helpful. My apartment was well constructed & I cannot hear any of my neighbors thru the walls. The place is always well maintained & I always see the grounds people cleaning up. I was a little reluctant to live on Boulder Hwy but this complex is nestled back from the street & adjacent to a beautiful park. I haven't had any problems with any neighbors or loud music or anything like that. There is a gas powered toy car track right outside my balcony that can be quite annoying at times but it is suppose to be moved sometime soon. My daughter & I have had nothing but great experiences here & would highly recommend this place to friends.

Can't hear your neighbors?? Move down a few buildings. Mine play plenty of loud music for you to hear. At all hours even. And you get to smell the mexican food from next door 24-7. What better life! Oh wait...I know what's even better. Not having any place to park! Quite frankly, this has been the worst experience ever and I can't wait til my lease is up. Glad someone has had a good experience.

In November of 08 we were told when we viewed the property that the annoying car track thing was going to be closed down in January. Yeah right... still up and running. Just another one of their lies.
