NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. Parking is terrible (esp when UNLV has a game). Constantly heard neighbors. Some tenants smoke weed outside and the odor is horrible. Lot of hidden fees. Weight room is a joke. Roaches, crickets, and Vegas bugs in abundance (mostly in warmer months).

It's unfortunate that this "Mad Renter" has taken out their ill feelings by making false statements about such a nice apartment community. Turtle Creek is a brand new facility and is extremely clean. Unfortunately some people would rather express false negative opinions rather than the truth of reality when things haven't gone their way.

that renter is right the place is junk the staff is the worst i ever seen. If you have a work request your lucky to get it done in two weeks . the place is always full of dog feces from so many dogs running around

Every negative comment I've heard is so true. The dog, poop, noise, non caring staff, ugly grounds, low class of residents - it's all true. This is no lie. This place truly sucks. There are much nicer places to live that don't even charge as much as Turtle Creek.
