DO NOT take a chance on this place. Management will seem nice as first but once they get you into your apartment, all attitudes change. Do not make any verbal agreements because they will NOT follow through with any promises. They are NOT a genuine management team. They are fake and unsincere. They will not follow-up on any given issue. They are money hungry and will nab you for all they can get in spite of ANY circumstance you may be in....and they will NOT give any breaks of any kind. If you need something fixed, it will only get done if they are constantly reminded. They are NO help you if you call after hours for any problems or noise disturbances. Basically it's a take, take, take management team and no nudge of any giving of any kind...... You will not experience any efforts of "SINCERE" kindness once you sign your name on that lease.
There are very nice apartments out there with VERY genuine and SINCERE management teams that REALLY TAKE CARE OF THERE PEOPLE.

Totally agree! We were mislead and lied to from the beginning--- from which apartment we were getting, to the deposit, etc. Don't trust them. The office people were also terribly inconsistent. We lived there 7 months and we saw maybe 6 different leasing agents. DON'T LIVE THERE!!
