I moved in here when the place was brand new and hardly anyone lived here yet. It seemed so nice and new at first, but as soon as all the low life, losers started moving in everything changed. Dogs everywhere, dog poop all over the place, dumpster gates broken, papers, trash, food, cigarette butts all over the place. Old, oil leaking cars parked in the parking lot, noisy car alarms, people working on cars in the rented garges, blocking entry, etc, etc. I could go on for hours.
I was supposed to be in non-smoking, no dog area where I rented - but the neighbor below me and right next to me smoked all the time and threw their butts all over. There was constantly dogs running around outside, pooping and making noise - most not on leishes. If you want to live with a hundred dogs and smell dog poop, this is the place for you.
Also, for some reason the air around the complex stunk really bad every morning. I was a strong smell of oil. There's some factory or oil processing plant nearby and it really smelled awful - but only in the mornings for some reason.
The staff was made up of an older woman manager who always had an attitude and a scrowl on her face with a few young, good looking leasing agents who were obviously hired just for their looks. They were all clueless and no help at all. The just want your money.....that's it!
I lived here only six months and that was long enough. This place is basically an over priced ghetto. My rent for a one bedroom upstairs near the back pool was almost $1100 per month with a small storage unit/garage which was as far away from my apartment as it could have been. Office wouldn't give me a closer one, even though I asked many time.
