I have lived here for almost 2yrs and can hardly wait til my lease is up. The place was nice at first but are nothing but over priced Boulder Hwy estates. The rent is lower now and there is nothing but trash living here. The pool area has been closed down 2 times now by the health dept. and the teenagers here run the place. Drugs are sold in the open and there is no peace at night. There is dog crap all around the complex and it smells all the time. We have had a bomb threat as well as a shooting here in the last few months. Management is bad. They are nice when you first move in but after that they are no help what so ever and seem to forget who they are working for. I have seen four managers come and go in the last 2yrs. People are able to live here without being on a lease and nothing is done about that. Forget about having a assigned parking space because it is not enforced. Kids who do not live here jump the fence and destroy the pool witch has been brought to managements attention to no avail. And forget about the gated community because the gate has not closed in close to a month. I could go on and on but all I have to say is if your smart enough to read this review than be smart and don't move in here. If not than welcome to the hood.
