I've lived here for 4 months now. Pros: I love the neighborhood, the apartments are bright and floorplans creative. Biggest problem: upon move-in the apartment was in unsatisfactory condition (lineoleum needed to be replaced, not entirely clean, slight cockroach problem) and they took a week to fix everything, even though they had plenty of time to prep everything before we moved in. Although we've had no problems since then, I'm moving when the lease is up because I can find comparable apartments for less rent.
