"In theory" Tuscany is a beautiful place, nice apartment buildings, landscaping, great location and a beautiful pool area. "In reality" Tuscany isn't worth what you will pay. Despite the amenities, the apartment has been a great disappointment for me. First: the noise - you can hear everything-and I mean everything. Second: cockroaches - expect frequent visitors. Third: the condition of the apartments - despite the beautiful outward appearance, the interiors are 'very well used', cabinets with water damaged appearance, vibrating pipes, gaps in the doors (my front doesn't even stay shut without my deadbolt being in position), poor air conditioning, pigeon-poop invested balcony area (can't even use it). The only plus for me is that the apartments have nice layouts and the location is great. I will be moving at the end of my lease.

Are there any apartments in Vegas that do NOT have cockroaches? I will be moving from MI and we do not have cockroaches here unless you live in the ghetto......
