WE HATE LIVING HERE!!!!! Yes, Tuscany is in very nice living location, the outside looks wonderful, however once you move in - it's a living nightmare! Lets start with the office staff, they will do anything to rent you a condo, they even bad mouth the other compitition by simply asking in conversation, "where else have you looked"... Oh we had some renters last week say they moved from their because of roach issues". Bull! They are rude once you sign and uncooperative. It's bad. Now lets go to the condo issues. It took them almost 1 month to fix a leaky toilet. Office staff kept saying the floor was stained, even with the foul oder coming from the bathroom. WE had to fight tooth and nail to have this fixed. Our master bathroom, you can hear running water from the appt next door. If we use the hot water in the sink the pipes start to make noise. Our heater went out in the Winter took 2 days to fix, and our infant was 5 months old at the time. Now that the summer months are approching, the air doesn't work as good, it's been 2 days since we complained... Our infant is now 8 months old. The gates on a windy day wont open... The pool area is very nice! However... The concrete is covered in pigeon poop, and bee's swarm the area. Even during sun down. I will say that the actual complex itself is quite. But for the amount that you pay in rent, because of the location, it's really not worth the hassel. Our advise, look somewhere else, were counting down the days until our lease expires.

You are so right on! We lived there one year. They would only show us a model before move in, not the actual apartment. The apartment the day we moved in had the cheapest carpet ever. It was bad. Under the kitchen sink and bathroom, there was black mold. I tried to remodel the apartment the best we could to make it look nice. We requested ONLY for them to do repairs when we were there. Well, we came in after a movie and there was a repair guy in our apartment. Later,that day, we found lubricant at the bottom of my bed that didn't belong to us and I got a hunch to look in my sock drawer for my jewelry....GONE!!! We complained and got NO response. I wonder what other things they took!
