University Park Apartments

These apartments suck!! From: infestation52@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   moved into the apts 2004-2005 but because of the new management i had to continue with a new lease since they o so convenietly lost my 30 day notice..and now my lease is almost up again and i have gone without hot water ...do not move into these apartments you pay almost $800 for falling apart, roach infested, noisy neighbor inefficient management and non- existant maintainece..! and now that they are doing construction i can't even get into my driveway to park and go home ...sounds wonderful huh after a long days work
