New management. Better place. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004 1 response   I've lived at Horizons for 2 years. Since the new people got here they have been doing a good job fixing it up. They are putting money into it and getting rid of all the trashy neighbors. If you can't pay the rent they kick you out. A lot of people are upset at all the improvements interupting their day, but my home is going to be that much better. I wish they would see what this company is doing that no other ever cared to try to do. It's always hard with change but this change seems to be for the better.
