I wish I had stumbled upon this website. Recently, moved from California to Nevada. Was assured on the phone by office staff that the neighborhood is fine and the apartment was going to be ready for move-in. Upon move-in, we discovered chipping paint, doors don't fit jams, filthy carpet, holes in walls, COCKROACH INFESTATION!!! If you don't mind waking up in the middle of the night with cockroaches crawling on you, then maybe it won't be so bad for you. We have complained MANY times about necessary repairs and the infestation...only to be ignored. We are currently seeking legal help and notifying the nevada housing authorities regarding these apartments. There is no way these are up to any kind of state code. Our smoke alarm isn't even wired!!! This place is a complete joke. They are slum lords. If you want a habitable apartment, I suggest you keep looking. Do not let the cheap rent fool you. They waste no money nor time on paint, carpet, pesticides, or maintenance...

Hi, I just move into an apartment. I wish I knew about this web site too, so far no bugs. I dont like the doors and paint job they did, but I can say they are trying to inprove it a lot. I post again in about 2 months into our 7 month lease.
