When we moved in , the old ladies at the front office insisted that the apartment was clean and immaculate. I have seen much better. Very disappointing! Old carpet, mold growing in the double pane windows, dirt on running boards, just filth! I asked that the windows be replaced and the ladies told me that the manager did not want to spend $200 per window to replace. It was BLACK MOLD! Cochroaches were an ongoing problem, there are plenty of losers using the complex as a byway or shortcut, the pool and park playground area was filthy and unkept. From what I could see, there was one older man who took care of the maintenance, and it was a poor job. THey need to stop being cheapskates, and hire nicer, younger managers, maintenance, and spend a few extra dollars cleaning the vacated apartments. The ladies in the front office were bitter and rude. Plan to go nowhere with any complaints, as I spoke to the owner and he stays by their side. The outside of the buildings appear quaint, but don't let that fool you! Plan on having cochroaches, noisy neighbors and plenty of neighborhood visits by metro police and just horrible experiences from the front office. The German lady needs an attitude adjustment or needs a new job-elsewhere! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If you do, plan on losing ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT for their lack of maintenance and upkeep there.
