Too good to be true

Village at Karen is a gorgeous property. The corner homes make you feel as though you're in a real place all your own. With only four tenants per building it was a truly nice change from other apartment complexes. Parking can be challenging especially in the summer time everyone wants to park under the trees for shade. Closets are are standard, odd/awkward shapped linen closet, but for the price it's a very nice unit. My only challenge has been with kids who like to break windows. In the six months I was there I had 4 broken windows and a major breakin. I checked the crime stats for the complex before i moved in and there were no reports at all - that's because no one ever bothered to file a police report. I had Metro there every time. There is not enough security measures taken to protect the residents. Kids from neighboring properties walk over to use our pool and create havoc (damage to cars, apartments, littering, etc). I moved from a really scary part of town (where nothing ever happened to me) to a 'nicer' property so I thought this would be a forever place for me. It WAS too good to be true. Good luck to you. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
