I really enjoyed living there, maybe I lived on the "good Side" of the complex.(BryanDouglas Dr)
The complex when I lived there was clean. I did not see 1 roach in my apartment. I liked how the Apts are setup-parking and 4 apartments per building. Having washer/dryer, fireplace and a garden window was nice.
I never called for maintenance since nothing broke down.
Taking the bus can be a pain. The walk to the bus stop is long and can be scary. (Boulder hwy)
If you have a car then you should have no problems.
