Let's face it, Vegas is a --------. The crime and the people that exist here is disgusting. The Village of Santo Domingo is a smaller community, so the amount of disgusting people is quite minimal.

However, since so many people have moved to Las Vegas, this apartment community has let more and more unscrupulous people in. A man was caught doing speed; after he freaked out in the courtyard, screaming obscenities. 6-7 police cars had to come, they tackled him and he puked all over himself and the sidewalk. He had two infant children in the apartment. (He was later evicted for this incident).

If the screening process was a little more thorough this vomiting gentleman would never have been allowed into the complex.

The maintenance crew is nice, but it difficult to ask the property manager for help, because she is so unfriendly.

However, I have never been robbed or hurt living here. The story above is the only time I was ever frightful living here.
It is a smaller and nicer community, but Las Vegas is a dangerous place, so it's not THAT small or THAT nice.
