AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Lets start with the management...They have no sense of organization. Ken sucks...he needs better people skills...his wife looks like a crack head and his daughter bangs everyone in the complex. Not to mention, he is a total perv. The girls in the office are so very rude...if they would get their lazy asses out of their seats, they might be able to rent more apartments and keep residents. I have lived here for five months and have seen more people move out than move in. If you think the office management is bad...their corporate office is worse. I DO NOT recommend living at any FPC properties, unless you want to live by prostitutes and drug dealers.
