(user photo) (user photo) This is what they call good maintnece (user photo) Black mold in the walls that was just painted over! (user photo) This is the water that leaks from the air conditioner unit! Disgusting!

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
 
I'm a long time resident of 12 years. I have seen a lot go on. I'm happy that the pool is open and it sure looks a lot better than it ever has. I'm glad we have new managment and i will be even more happy when the gates are working, they havent worked since the old managment company was around.
