At first glance they arent that great just old apartments looking to get a fix. Dont be fooled by the sample model they show with the wood floors and up-to-date walls,paint and carpet. This is my first review and I hope my last.
CARPET: We expected woodfloor instead we got carpet. Not bad at all. though i felt as if the carpet was used and old. In certain places within a month i would get either big or small dark spots.
DOORS/LOCKS: My room had a different color doors. The knob fell right off when I opened it. I wished they would have replaced all the knobs with matching one instead of taking old ones and mixing them. I had silver and gold knobs.
KITCHEN: Whenever I used my sink the drain would smell weird. They didnt offer to flush it out. Instead, told me to buy lemon and clorine to rid of the smell. The stove knobs had no print on them, so i couldnt tell if it was on hot or warm. they ended up replacing 2 of 4.
The things that bugged me the most would be the roaches. They had an exterminator but it took 6 months to finally just buy a grenade and do it myself. The rooms werent 100% cleaned, my a/c filter wasnt changed. Moving in was very dissapointing.
OVERALL: my lease ends March. I know its my fault I gave my 60 day notice 4 days late but they didn't give me a break so they charged me an extra 114 dollars. iv never been late on rent. oh yea they said they would send me a bill for paint touch ups and the carpet to be cleaned.

As far as the roaches go, they no longer have an exterminator. The maintenance people do it now with the apartments own bug spray. The maintenance people are only available to spray M-F during business hours. Very inconvenient. I have lived in these apartments for over 2 years and have seen them go downhill with the new management & name change.

Waiting for my lease to end was like a celebration. Renting from this piece of crap was a lesson, well learned!! They also, have the nerve to charge you for paint and cleaning fees when you move out. The place was barely cleaned when I moved in. Don't be fooled by the free month of rent, it is so not worth it.BEWARE!!

I just broke my lease and now I'm paying over $1800. I am so unhappy here. How can they charge you for paint and carpet? They didn't even paint before I moved in, even though they said they did. There are tack holes...
