The place was beyond filthy when we moved in. Since our 1 year lease both my husband and I were robbed, him at gunpoint! Management blamed the non-working gates. The guys followed me in! Police said they are here every week for drugs and crime. Bad neighborhood! Be careful! They painted the carport.....and my car right along with it. No notice to move cars! All the doors had been broken and are either glued or stapled together. The only ones that actually lock are the bathrooms. You can see into the master bedroom from the hallway...that's with the door closed. My dishwasher has NEVER worked. I've been through 3 refrigerators. They replace broken ones with very old and damaged ones. Don't even bother to ask them to replace (or discount rent) the hundreds of dollars of food that was detroyed while we waited for a new fridge....2 days. All the drains smell horribly. I've tried everything. One of our toilets has basically never worked, and it has been replaced. Most of the maitenence men have no idea what they are doing, that's if they ever bother to show up to your apartment for a work order. Most of the other tenants have no respect for the whole noise factor. If you try to park your car at night, good luck on finding a parking spot. I have had notes put on my car for parking wherever I can find a spot. I also see them on other peoples cars. I can go on and on, I'm sure you get the point.

I'm currently a tenant and stuck here for a bit longer than I'd like to be. But I've had that problem with my fridge/freezer as well! It broke down on me twice and I had to throw out food because it was thawed out. They finally brought in what they say is a new fridge... but it doesn't work like one. The stuff that sits in the back of my fridge tends to freeze more than the stuff in the freezer!

My fridge does the same thing. Frozen in the back and warm up front. Are you sure we don't live in the same apartment? Lol!
