Do Not Move Here!!

The apartment smelled of old wood, stale smoke, and a musky odor. I have so many cockroaches, and now I have to vaccuum and sanitize the house every day. I have baby cockroaches in the microwave, in my toilet, and in my dishwasher. I refuse to use the old and smelly cabinets in both the kitchen and the bathroom. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The door framed are crooked, falling apart, and have staples sticking out of them. When I first opened the cabinet drawer, it fell off. Under the sink is warped and moldy wood. The dishwasher is old and rusty. I tried to get out of my lease within five minutes, and the management was unsympathetic. I even tried to stay with the AMC Management at a different location, and she would not allow this. I am now faced with a fine of $1852.80 just to get out of here after just three weeks. The gate rarely works, there is garbage everywhere, and the locks on my front door and the mailbox are hard to use!! I can barely even lock my door. The bathtub leaks, there are holes in the floor in the kitchen and bathroom. Do not waste your time here. The only positive about this place.. the maintnence men are amazing and very kind. They have tried so hard to make me happy!
