I just found this website and had i have read this before moving in i might not have. I moved in December 2008 and so far i have had no major problems. It is so quite here. I have never been this pleased with an apartment community. The maintenance has been wonderful they come right away and fix whats wrong they do it right the first time which is nice as my last community they just glued stuff together and i always had them back fixing the same problems. I had lost my key and couldnt get into my apartment it was late at night the maintenance supervisor came and let me in with no problems the last apartment i lived at would make you call a lock smith they never had time for the residents or cared and i paid a lot more in rent. The staff has been wonderful they make you feel at home. I have family moving to town and they will also be moving into this community it's wonderful they pay good referral fee's. I have meet nice people that live here and have made great friends i cant wait to tell them about this site as i can see only people post negative things. No one that i have spoken with or meet has said one bad thing...
