My work orders never got done. the office was rude and completely unhelpful I lived here for 7 months before i broke my lease to get out. My heater started smoking and my toilet leaked. It took them 6 days to look at my heater and 4 months to fix my leaky toilet. my door got kicked in and it took them 4 days to come fix my door so that i could shut it. they just kept making excuses and saying someone will be there tomorrow and when nobody showed up i would call the office and get the smae run around.My mirror fell off in the master bath and iwaited with it in my way for 2 weeks then just rehung it myself. there is like no parking anywhere. the apartments are nice looking but the office and lack of maintence make it not worth living there.

My work orders always get done and the office staff is very nice to all the good residents....maybe you were not a sooo good resident and maybe you were asked to move out. Your heater in March....are you sure your not exagerating.....

Since you complained to me, as your neighbor, I can't believe you wrote this. You told me you were going to do this to get out of your lease how could you? You really have some nerve I put up with the down wind of all your cats, or should I say mountain lions. And as for slashing my tire I know it was one of your many roommates, as someone saw. You told me on several occassions that you worked for the company how could you stab your own company in the back?
