I have rented here for many years and have tried to be patient with the changes in management. With each changeover they seem to get worse. None of them are experienced property managers and clearly have an attitude problem. They lack respect and response for tenant problems. I once had to wait 1 week for them to replace a refrigerator--at a time when I had medication that needed to stay cold. Forget about asking them to do anything--they will only get around to it when it suits them--and that is usually after you cotinue to follow up--or in my case tell them I'll call an attorney.

I only stay here because I cannot move for medical reasons. If I die here I'll be well prepared for hell.

I find it very hard to believe that anyone would continue to reside at an apartment for 4 years, calling it the worse place to live and STILL RENEW THE LEASE. If the medical condition is so bad not to move why wouldn't you or your family member be in a facility to better care for you? It's a shame that people are only posting a bad experience (as they see it) when they are angry but quickly forget the wonderful, and swift customer service they receive. One week without a fridge is extremly hard to phatom, which leads me to believe that might be an outrageous story. Again, continues to renew lease year after year after year and can only name the fridge as an issue? Frankly, I am thrilled with this property and I will urge others to write the wonderful things that this onsite Management Team has done. Keep up the good work!

Stout Management SUCKS, period!!! The property management staff doesn't understand professionalism or customer service and that is why the complex is almost empty.

i believe it also. that every new management comes in, they always change the lease. it seems like they have no experiences. The more they change management the more i am unsatisfied. They just get worst & worst.

I love how it looks like a member of management keeps posting comments on here disputing residents bad experiences. Stout Management will probably run this place into the ground!! They look for ways to cut corners and save money and then they raise the rent. I would never recommend this place and cant wait until my lease is up!!
