Plain and simple everyone in the complex is leaving and it's because of the property staff. Ample parking spaces due to vacancies.

Like i said in my last posting I find it odd that if you people are so unhappy that you stay here year after year. I like those girls in the office and I have to say this is the best maintenance people that this property has ever had. I would know I have been here since it opened. I have not had any problems with the new staff and I go by the office everyday. Every time I go in there those girls are friendly and they always offer me a refreshement and ask me how I am doing and if I need anything. I say good job to all of them! Keep up the good work!

I also agree with this posting. Myself and several other long time residents are planning to not renew leases due to the new management. I wish I could contact the owner of this place and let him know how incompetent these people are. I truly believe the individual above leaving positive comments about the 'friendly girls' and how nice the staff is; is probably actually a staff mamber!!

I find it odd that the positive comments regarding Villas at Sunrise Mtn. are written by folks who hide behind anonymity...why do so when such postive claims are being written?? Personally, I moved in to this complex while it was managed by CONAM and I felt as though I found exactly what I wanted -- a quiet, well-maintained, affordable yet extremely comfortable property with a helpful, courteous and professional staff. The added bonus of having utilities included was the deal maker for me. In mid-summer 2007 Now with Stout Mgmt. many things have changed:
-I find that I have to call twice in order to have anyone in the office to answer the telephone. On my first attempt, the line will usually ring and ring until the auto recording kicks in. Then if I hang up and call again I get an answer after a couple of rings.
-On those oh so special days when I drop by the office to ask a question or drop off rent...upon entering I usually wait for someone to magically emerge from a back office. I would think that the leasing staff would want an employee in immediate view to help whomever comes in to their office.
-And lastly, property maintenance has slid downhill. Of course people ought to pick up after themselves...or not make a mess in the first place. However, my personal opinion is that if trash is readily seen by mgmt in a visibile area...why not utilize the maintenance team to do some tidying around the complex? In summary, I will not make any derogatory comments because each tenant will have their own story to tell. What I have written is pretty clear and is echoed by other postings.
