Cheaters, NEW MANAGEMENT IS DISCUSSING!

For years living in here in this apartment we through a perfect management. Than decent management whose a little bit paying attention to the apartment. Anyways, ending our contract we paid upfront the full amount of the rent and it was advance payment. We left the apartment clean, so less stress for them. I do admit we had little bit of damages with the carpet and walls that needed to be painted. Now they sold the apartment to a new management. My boyfriend ask the maintenance if he can have some paint so he can paint the walls, with out them having stress about it. The answer was with them 'no' that we have to pay. Which why do we have to pay when were doing their job and it should be free when were resident there. As we move out, what disappointed me the most is that rather contacting us for the damages payment they sent it straight too 'COLLECTION'. Ok they never called when they have our file with our number where they can contact us. They even not sent a letter in the mail. So most of all they didnt let us breath in and out for the charges they are giving us. They sent is with out our consent. After seeing the bill they were over charging us! They rate it all dirty... I just realize i know when we left, we actually put more hard work what they aint saying in the paper. It seems like they just walk through it and charge for no reason with out looking through it. I know we paid $200 for the first month when we first time lived here that the management said 'which covers carpet and paint'. But $700 for what'''' We didnt left the apartment with a broken window, missing toliet, no sink, washer & dryer broken or missing, or broken lights. Everything was there, everything was working. And i cant believe that a new management walks in and just takes over like he's been there for a long time. Charging how much he wants from us.
He's money face.
DONT MOVE HERE! THEY KEEP CHANGING MANAGEMENT TO ANOTHER ONE.
IT GETS WORST.
THEY ARE FALSE, LIARS AND CHEATERS.
I AM DISAPPOINTED HOW VILLA AT SUNRISE MOUNTAIN WAS A
NICE APARTMENT IN THE EAST SIDE OF VEGAS.
BUT NOW THEY ARE TURNING IN TO A GHETTO APARTMENT!

Kudos to the girls in the office and the maintenance guys. I am very happy with the new management people. I think they are friendly and helpful. I can't imagine why anyone would have anything bad to say about them. I think they are way better than the last group that was here. At least when we ask for something to get done we can be assured that it is going to get done! I like that we have the security patrol and I like that the complex is always clean. I am proud to have my friends come over and visit. I really like going to take my afternoon walk and stopping by the office to chat with the girls and eat the cookies.

i think what she said is true. i got a bill also from the utility. they never explain this to me that i was going to be charge. I thought living in apartment will be better? you know how apts pay trash, sewer and water. And we just have to deal with the power and rent. I actually think they are asking too much. My family dislike the parkings here, all the visitor parking are all taken by a abandon cars. It takes a lot space for those abandon cars staying in one area with pink paper in there window and hasn't move for months. As for the swimming pool i was disappointed! When we finally got in the pool, the security came and ruin everything. He told us the pool close 10pm and i told him its open 24hrs. He argue with me of coarse i had to argue back because i just got in with my kid, it wasn't even at least a minute. Summer time and 100 degrees in las vegas but the pool close now at 10pm. Now i call this full of crap! I had to call the main office the next day. Nobody has the answers. If i had the chance to move, i would. I thought this apartment is luxury but its not.

I completely agree with this posting. I am eagerly awaiting my lease to be up. I am a 3 year resident and the new management has a real chip on their shoulder. To put it very plainly, the new management does suck!! Although they advertise as having a pool, they have closed it "until it gets warmer". And they say it is because it is not heated. I have lived here long enough to know that it is a heated pool and they simply do not want to pay the cost to heat and maintain it. This also denies residents use of the hot tub. If you are thinking of moving here, I would advise to find a community with year-round amenities!
