I lived in these apartments just shy of a year. I LOVED my apartment. At that time they were managed by CONAM. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever had to deal with. I was in a horrible accident shortly after moving in. The staff would help me out with things and even tried to help me with finding a roommate. Now that they have new management,Stout Management; work orders took weeks. In August I had to cancel my lease, due to military deployment. The property manager would not release me from my lease and even went as far to lie about talking to my first sergeant so I couldn't. If you are military...STAY AWAY!!!
