I've lived here for a few years now and have had my share of problems (work orders taking forever, attitude problems from previous mgmt, and I also heard that rent was going up) and was considering leaving when my lease came up. However, I've had a change of heart. I went into the office not to long ago to ask that someone look at my washing machine and not only we're the girls in the office friendly, they took the time to have a conversation with me. I was impressed with the sincerity of the staff and a huge plus - my washing machine was fixed the same day. I was more than happy to renew my lease and as long as things stay the same around here I'll be signing again.

I am with you! I think that anywhere you go there are going to issues and things that happened from time to time but I dont think you will find a better group of people than the ones we have here now. Those girls down there in the office are the most caring and sincere and they truly care about what they need to do to please their renters. If you have a problem go and talk to them. You can't be mad at them if you never give them a chance to fix the situation. I just learned that myself. I would highly recommend this place to my friends!
