I would like to strongly urge apartment seekers to not rent from this place. It has recently been taken over by new management. Myself and many other residents are very dissatisfied with the way that amenities here have been stripped away. They shut down the pool "until it gets warmer". Based on the lie that the pool is not heated. Having been a resident here for several years I know this is in fact a heated pool. They simply do not want to pay to heat the pool and maintain it. Penny pinchers! Not to mention, there have been several hot days lately, this is Las Vegas. The kids keep asking to go to the pool but management has shut it down! Shutting down the pool also means residents have no access to the hot tub. So as my rent has went up $80 since I moved in, the amenities have went down the tubes thanks to Stout Management!! And they also do not return phone calls regarding this matter!

On top of my increase in rent, I also, thanks to Stout Management, have to pay about $24 a month now for water. So my rent has went up a total of over $100 and I can't even use the pool! or hot tub!

Renters beware! The floorplans are nice and the office staff may appear nice, but it is not worth the lack of customer service! I will not renew my lease when this one ends! In fact, after I move, I may even picket this place out front in order to warn other renters about this place.

Many units have outdated appliances that maintenance wants to help limp along instead of replace.

Also, several of the positive things that people have said in response to negative reviews appear to have been written by management! I have not met one resident happy with Stout Managament!!

Give me a break. Please dont speak on behalf of everyone as if you know. Get a life and find something better to do than tell LIES! What a hippocrit you are! Besides you are the ONLY person I have heard complaining about the pool or the spa being closed. You just want something to ----- about because you probably got in trouble for being a lousy neighbor and this is your way to get them back. Unfortunately I think I know who you are and if you are in the building next to mine then good ridance to you are your whole gang! You are the problem here!
