My coworker told me about this website because she is unhappy with where she lives and she told me that got on their site and wrote a bad review so I decided to check out our reviews. I am shocked at the number of negative things that people have said on here. I am even more shocked at how much of it is lies!

First of all this place does not have a sanitation problem. I think it is always clean and looks great. As for the pool and spa being closed, yes they are closed but who cares, its fricken 80 degrees outside and the water temp cant be more than 60 degrees, give me a break, if you are dumb enough to put your kids in water that cold, I guess you'll be dumb enough to blame others when your kids get sick!
Though the pool may be heated I have an apartment that faces the pool and before they closed it I never saw anyone in there for at least a month.

As far as the people that work in the office or the service guys, they are all nice to me. I helped the girls decorate for the party and took my kids to the Halloween party and we had a blast, the girls were great, the kids had fun, and it was all about having a good time and making sure the kids had fun!

Sometimes you have to stop being so damn bitter and pissy! The grass is not greener on the other side and these guys and girls are not miracle workers. They are only human. How do you think people would judge or rate you if you worked in an industry like this.

And guess what,... they cant get on here and write stuff, and who would believe them if they did' THe bad stuff is easier to believe right'

I just feel sorry for these people. As I said I got to spend some time with them because I just happened to stop by the office when they were decorating and I ended up helping and I saw how badly those girls wanted to please the renters and how they wanted to make the party so special for everyone.

I think they genuinely care. You just have to give them a chance to correct your problem. I am glad I dont have their job because I honestly dont think I could do it.

I am a teacher and I work with children all day. I would not want to deal with adults that act like children. I swear if the worst thing that happens to you is you cant let your kids go to the pool, then you still have it really good.

I went on a mission and saw first hand how people in other countries live and how great we have it and how blessed we truly are, so I appreciate things so much more than the average person.

Well anyway I just felt the need to defend my home and those sweet girls in the office. Why not stop by and give them a chance. Try to get to know them. Talk to them about your concerns and see what happens. It couldnt hurt. Just a thought!
