This is a warning for apartment seeker. Office management personnel is unprofessional, and are only nice to get a lease. It is all about the money. They don't understand that this is home to thier tenants. It's their job to make the apartment complex a home not a prison to those who are unlucky to be locked into a lease. Maintenance staff is less than desirable. Since, the establishment of the new mgmt team there has been 3 different maint. supervisors, staff was less than adequate for a complex of this size, the knowledge is severely lacking. Try months with electrical problems, appliances that don't work, to name a few. A former maintenance supervisor was a convicted child malester from California. He had key to all the apartments and mgmt though a letter would be enough to make us all feel safe. If you don't speak spanish or middle eastern good luck with communicating with the maintenance staff. The rotation of office staff and maintenance staff is an indication that new management don't have a clue of how to make this place a home. Don't believe the advertisment - no pool, spa, limited workout facilities with broken equipment, restroom facilities at pool locked/ill equiped, and club house recently redesigned to meet the needs of the management staff and not those of us who live here. Security consist of whatever young kid they can get for min. wage. He spends more time hitting on the high school girls than securing the property. Just ask the tenant who got attached while walking from the parking lot to her home. Parking lots are just big enough for a small compact car; therefore, neighbor are constantly striking others cars to try to get out. The grounds are great in front of the office and get worse as you proceed to the rear of the complex where prospective renter won't see.

I think you are full of bull. You are probably one of those people that they are trying to get rid of because you are nothing but trouble. This place kicks ASS! These people here are great and by far the best that we have had in the 6 years that I have lived here. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to have anything fixed at my place. Go pay your rent and quit bitching because you think you are entitled to more than everyone else. If you feel so strongly why not post your name or your apartment number? How about coming to one of the monthly get togethers and becoming part of the community? Have you gone and talked to the manager about your concerns? I think the new manager is terrific and I would hate to have her job cause she has to deal with people like you coming on here and spewing lies! Sounds to my like you are a little racist too because although the maintenance team is racially diverse, they all speak english! Grow up dude! I would love to know where you work so I can go pick it apart and not let you know that there is a problem or give you the chance to fix it. Just ----- about it and try to spew lies about a perfectly innocent group of people that come to work everyday to do their job and make you happy and try to make your place that you call home better!

I think the person in ANONYMOUS 01.22.08 is one of the people who works in villa at sunrise mountain. they just cant handle the truth how they are afraid of loosing renters. all i read is positive, him or her statement of this place kick ass! yea with what?!? broken pool, maintenance doesnt exist, cat and dog poo in the playground which its gross for children to play in, they sent late notice about they changes in the apartment, gate aint working, parking suck and management dont do their job. -everything you hear about negative about this apartment is so true. i've live here for 3yrs and half i know the problems with new management.
