So I was just reading on here how someone was saying that this place is a dump or the maintenance is bad or the management sucks. Let me be the first to tell you that you cant believe any of that trash. I have been here since this place first opened so I think I have the right to speak about how things really are. We have gone through several management companies but I can honestly tell you that I have never seen anyone care more about this community and the people that live here than the lady that is the manager here now. I mean I have seen her interact with people and had the pleasure of intereacting with her as well and she is great. She really listens and tries to help in anyway that she can. So to hear someone say the bad things that they are saying about this community, it just isnt true. The grounds of this property are immaculate, come on over, take a drive around, you wont find a cleaner place. THese people take pride in where they come to work so we can take pride in where we come home to. You have to take these bad reviews with a grain of salt because these are just the rantings of someone who is pissed off becuase the management team made them pay a late fee or asked them abide by the community policies. Anyone that has a legit complaint wouldnt have a problem disclosing who they are. Also I guarantee you if this was legit they would tell you more details about what they tried to do to reach a resolution. I know he/ or she hasnt talked to those girls in the office cause if they had the wouldnt be on here complaining cause they would have done everything they could to help them out. I think this website is so unfair cause you can come on here and tell lies upon lies and nobody knows if its truth or if you are just a jerk who got evicted for not paying you rent and this is your way of dishing out payback. Seriously if you want to know drive the property and look for yourself and you will see that these people are liars. I can tell you right now if they werent treating us right we would have left a long time ago. We pay good money to live here. Seriously this is a great place to call home and thats the truth! Its a good thing that every business doesnt have a website like this cause what do you think someone might say about you or your work' THink about it! This is a terrific place, terrific neighbors and a terrific group that works here. We feel blessed and very well taken care of and proud to call it our home!
