My family recently went through a hardship where we thought we were going to have to move out. I went down to the office and I spoke to Kimberly and I explained my situation to her and I can honestly tell you that she really did do everything possible to help us and we are now able to stay and keep our place here that we love so much. Honestly, anywhere you go there are going to errors here and there, its life and no body is perfect, but I honestly think that they do everything that they can to keep us happy. I have never had a problem with maintenance or anything else for that matter. My wife is a stay at home mom and constantly has our children out for walks and playing outside most of the days when its nice outside and everything is really clean. THere isnt trash anywhere or anything like that. They have the gardeners here everyday as well as the other gentleman that picks up the grounds all day everyday. I do agree with the other reviews that said this is a great place and I agree it is very clean here. Yes we wish there was more parking put we rented a garage so its no longer an issue for us. I also agree that as a tenant that has lived here for over two years, any negative reviews that are on here are probably the rantings of an uneducated person who is holding a grudge over a late fee or rule and nothing more than that. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for any service to be completed. Oh and as far as the pictures are concerned, the only way for a picture to be posted showing trash on the grounds will surely be taken by the same person that threw the trash on the ground for the sake of the pictures. It is a fantastics place to live. Like the last reviewer said, take a drive around this property and you will see for your self that this truly is a beautiful community, very very clean! Oh and NO I dont work for the management team. I am a police officer and I am also in the reserves and my wife is a stay at home mom.
