Ok Before new management took over this place it used to be the best complex that I have ever seen. The management was awesome and the community was great. Now that stout manages it it has gone downhill. The security here sucks. I can never park in my parking spot cuz someone else is always parked there ive already told management and security and all they said was "we can put a sticker on their window telling them to move", What no I need my parking spot. They dont maintain the landscaping anymore. The fitness center equipment doesnt work. When My kitchen light was out I called management and yes they sent someone right away but they told me they had to order a new light fixture that it would take 2 weeks,well 4 months later I still havent gotten it called management several times and told me they would order it. I mean yeah the place is nice I loved my apartment and my rent was a decent price compared to other places but I finally moved into some fantastic apartment in a great community. So I guess I would say This place was ok But hate new management.
