The worst thing about this whole complex is the staff. They are always mean (talked to them over 20 times and they are always angry or short with you). The custodial staff is very hit or miss. They either respond right away or they take weeks and act annoyed that you want them to do something. The exercise room is nice but the equipment is breaking due to misuse and no one seems to know how to fix it. There are a few flocks of kids that roam the grounds unsupervised (one group is around 10 years old, one is high school age) and either destroy playground equipment or sit around screaming and cussing. The pools are nice but typically overcrowded. The sauna is working now but was broke for over a year. The weightroom is nice, but is falling apart because so many people use it that it needs constant upkeep and it isn't getting it. The walls are thin but its not as bad as these other reviews say it is. Appliances are very old and are not working like they once did.
Overall, Vintage at the Lakes is very average. It is in a nice area and that is why the rent is higher but the apartment complex itself is average. It would be above average to good/great if the staff was better. The staff is awful.

Vintage sucks! The maintanance crew is very perverted and they act like they are drunk and smell like alcohal. Both Robert and Chris are the worst people you would ever meet. I don't know if they are high or just stupid, but i would never live there again. I bet they both cheat on their wives. They won't have jobs too much longer, not if i can help it.
