Poor staff response to established tenants

I have been living here for almost three years now. When I first moved in, the staff was responsive to having repairs done and acted like they really cared! So wrong! In the past year since I have signed my last lease, almost the entire office staff has turned over and they act like they are doing you a favor if something is wrong in your apartment. I had to wait a week for a kitchen light to be fixed and when I called to inquire about it, the Assistant Manager asked if I had used one of the reset buttons in the kitchen' Like I am supposed to know about that' Extremely poor service and they want their rent on time. The list goes on and on and I am more and more disappointed with this experience.
