I wouldn`t recommend for anyone to move to viviani apartments in summer season. It is too noisy.The pool is open 24h and always full. All you can hear is cursing and loud music. I once found glass bottles near the pool. There is no security and no respect for the neighborhood. You have to call the cops if you want some rest and quietness. Regarding the staff, some of them are nice but not all of them cooperate and some are even unpolite. Nevertheless it is a nice place.
