I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone.
There is constant NOISE from DRUNKEN, DRUG using idiots at the pool area EVERY night and the property management refuses to deal with the PROBLEM.
There solution is to close the pool at 10pm, all that has accomplished is to stop the BS at 10pm.
The management refuses to deal with the REAL PROBLEM which is 5 or 6 residents.

Its no longer a problem now that the pool is closed at 10pm though. Any loud noise before that is allowed according to tenant rules. So the problem IS FIXED, just not in the manner that you wanted it to be. I for one miss the 24hr pool & feel it should be reinstated. I use it quietly in the early hours when its warm & now I can no longer do that. The residents deserve a 24hr pool as it was advertised upon my signing of the lease, & now its gone. No fair to rule abiding residents to have lost this.
