I just moved to Las Vegas a few weeks ago. After driving 4 long, exhausting days, I came directly to move into the new apt. my company had found for me. The first item that caught my eye was the crusty looking stucco on the outside buildings that are corroding and scraping off. Upon receiving the key, I entered the apt and found it to be in a complete state of filth. There was mold in the shower tiles and on the bathroom doors, some kind of weird brown/green bacteria in the dishwasher, filthy carpets with extra debris in all the edges, and dirt all over the bathroom floor and in the kitchen cabinets. Supposedly each apartment is "professionally cleaned". The appliances are outdated and one could go deaf when running the antiquated washing machine. The toilet seat has gouges as do the counter tops throughout the kitchen. The management (Lyon Property) made little attempt to correct the problems and still have yet to fix others. I feel that myself as well as my company, were given false information as to the quality of living this complex provides. I would NEVER live here again and I assure that you that everyone I know is well aware of my experience.
