Ever since MC Management has taken over the place is a mess. The new manager treats the residents with no respect!! I would not recommend to anyone the live in these aprtments. I also feel very sorry for all the investors that just bought places here. If you decide to let the management handle your condos renters youll be sorry. Yvonne (the manager)doesn't know what she is doing!!!

Being part of the MC Team, I would like to express my sadness that we have a resident feeling this way. In my experience with condo-conversions, we have gone above and beyond what is typical. Normally, the resident is given a 30 day notice to get out and that's it. We have spent month's planning how to best serve our residents as the ultimate goal is to continue to have them reside with us. Many of our residents have been happy with the service we have provided and have taken advantage of our moving service and rent concessions to get them relocated in new units within the community. Yvonne was chosen to manage this property due to her great experience and everyone on our team has full faith in her abilities. She was the one overseeing the water repairs all the nights and weekends that we were fixing the broken lines. She also made every effort to keep her residents informed through notices and monthly meetings. She is 100% to thank for the fact that Trails no longer has to suffer through having the water shut off daily. In many cases, she is the only reason old repairs are ever completed. She takes resident calls on her time off and truly cares about the people in the community. Compliments never flow as freely as criticism and I think the hard work and care should be recognized. I recommend this resident make an appointment to meet with Yvonne because she is truly committed to assisting the residents at The Trails and she should be given a chance to make this right for them.

Obviously whoever responded to this comment hasnt spent much time on the property of the trails. Yvonne does none of the things you express she does. As far as her great experience she is very unprofessional and rude. Even her appearance suggests such. The water not being shut off anymore wasn't something she should be commended for: it is something that had to be done. I continue to feel as I do about the Trails as well as their management team. It is no wonder you guys cannot keep stable employees. The last office staff was much better and cared about their residents.

I agree, Yvonne is very unprofessional and has an awful staff. She is very inmature and shows no respect for herself, the property nor the residents. The property looks like hell and there are broken down vehicles, trash on patios and a disgusting office staff that shows a lack of concern for any of us. They sit around eating all day and are never helpful on any issues.
