In the 2 months since I moved in, it has been one hassle after another trying to deal with the management. It takes multiple attempts to get even the smallest problem addressed, if it is ever addressed at all. The maintenance staff is slow to respond, if they respond at all (I went a whole day without power at one point), the rules and policies set up by the homeowner's association are ridiculous, and Yvonne, the manager, has been rude and almost confrontational every time we've been in contact.
My car was "accidentally" towed after she and I had exchanged unpleasant emails. I can't wait to leave. My advice: Keep Looking.
