These apartments are over-priced for what you get. The security gate was one reason we rented here, but it hasn't worked in 5 months now. The only two treadmills they have are broken, and have been for a LONG time. The bathtubs are old, and painted with house paint. They peel after using them a few times, then it your bathtub starts really looking like ----. It's embarassing for friends to come over and see our ugly bathroom!! The toilet seats are old too, and the paint is fading and now my toilet seat is turning gray. You will hear lots of dogs barking here at all hours, and a lot of trashy, noisy neighbors that play loud music all night. Enjoy your stay here with the "N'-rigged bathrooms and the friendly roaches!!!
Oh, by the way, the office staff are full of BS. They're favorite line is, "It's on back order," or, "You'll have to talk with the Home Owner's Assoc. about that." They are full of empty promises, about fixing this or that. Don't believe ANYTHING they say! Next time I'll just rent a cheap trailer on Tropicana. At least I'd get my money's worth there!

If it's on back order then you can not blame the office. They order their parts from other companies like any other business do. I am sure that the items they order go on back order also. As for the "You'll have to talk with the Home Owner's Assoc. about that.", when you moved I am sure that they went over the rules and regulations for the OUTSIDE of the unit. THESE ARE NOT APARTMENTS PEOPLE. The staff at Vizcaya really do their best with what is given to them. The staff is a great and wonderful. Please come and see for yourself.
