My husband picked out this place, without my input and it was alright at first. Then the bug problems started happening. Then our neighbours got involved in a love triangle that resulted in the cops coming out on MANY occassions. The pools need maintenance as they are falling apart and not very clean and there are usually kids climbing on everything. Maintenance response was alright, until they just implemented that we pay for our maintenance ourselves. They have tried to improve safety with a neighbourhood watch and a security service, but they never respond to the phone calls. NO ONE ever goes the speed limit and some consider the streets as their own personal raceway. The gate RARELY works and there is always water shut-offs which they blame on the city. We lived there for 1 1/2 years and the water was off on 4 seperate occasions. I don't recommend this place, but I am sure there is ALOT worse out there.
