Cute place and very happy

I moved to Vizcaya at the end of 2005 and continue to live there. There's the occasional noise (loud music or children playing), but other than that no complaints. I've lived in many large cities (this is the second location in Las Vegas) and it's a bargain for the amenities while being in a terrific location.
