We have been living in this apartment for one and half years. This place is heaven. The apartments are well built and extremely clean. The parking lot, gym, pool and pathways are extremely clean. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The best part of the apartments is the management staff. I have worked with almost all of them and they are very very friendly. Every small complaint has been given immediate attention and fixed. The area is very safe and security outside helps keep the place very safe in the night. My wife and I have gone for walks at 11:00 in the night without any fear (unlike other apartments starting with O...now C). Location of the property is prime with cinema, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery stores all within walking distance. It is worth every penny we have paid. I will recommend this property for anyone without any hesitation.

Hi, I am temporarily moving into that apartment next week from Japan. Will you give me some more information on the internet access? Also the phone sevice? I am wondering if I have to apply some provider company before hand from Japan. I really appreciate your help! Thank you.
