The management staff does a great job of convincing you that they are worth the extra money. What they don't tell you is, the units are poorly constructed, materials are cheap, upstairs traffic is constantly an issue, in conjunction with a generally snooty attitude found particularly among the senior management staff. They make you feel like you're getting The White House when in fact, you're getting the Bronx. I was very disappointed in the experience having much better luck with other properties (starting with an "O"). Not to mention, the tiny stacked washer and dryer isn't large enough to wash kitchen towels. And, I had to have a cable outlet placed in a location that it should have been placed in (while management denied knowlege of it's lack).
