Not bad, as apartments go. Rarely, if ever, did I hear my neighbors, although the guy upstairs with the cowboy boots was pretty irritating. But I've never lived in an apartment that was totally silent.

Safe location, near some excellent jogging paths and plenty of restaurants and shopping. A big library right next door, too.

Once I decided to move out the staff became a little less friendly, but it's nothing to complain about.
