My mother and father recently lived at Wellington Meadows. The grounds and apartment were great, but again the management seemed uncaring and harsh. My parents rented from January 15th until April 15th. On March 15th my mom forgot to send in her 30 day notice. (She had worked with the staff, and they knew that my parents were out of their on the 15th.) 2 weeks ago staff told them that they would have to pay the extra $450.00 for the rest of April. Not a lot of money for a large complex like Wellington Meadows, but a good chunk for my 70 year old parents. (Not to mention the fact that my mom felt terrible about her oversight.) They wont be back, and other future renters should taak heed. The coustmer is not always right at WellingtonMeadows !

It's not that the Management is uncaring. A 30-day written notice is required by contract and Nevada State Law. Side stepping this issue or making allowances could jeopardize them legally.
