The last eight month I came to personally know that the staff and maintenance people do respect and look out for the comfort and well being of the residents. There is none of the "IT'S OUR POLICY" nonsense that is always so irritating to put up with.

High construction standards for the buildings and the layout of the apartments within each building ensures that I have never had to listen to the " entertainment centers" of other residents nor in any other way been disturbed by noise coming from other residents in the building.

Wellington Meadows is not "party central" but a place for hassle free living. For me hassle free living is mostly what an apartment is all about.

Wellington Meadows has all the " amenities" but these are not important to me. (However, they do have an outstanding pool area where I enjoy reading and occasionally going for a swim.)

What is important to me is to be able to easily and safely walk from Wellington Meadows, without crossing any major intersections, to many good restaurants, a large movie theater, my dentist and the drug store. Also, there is a pleasant residential walk to a library immediately behind the complex within the Peccole Ranch development.

Enjoy living at Wellington Meadows and am extending for another year. From experience within the greater Summerlin area I know it is not easy to find a comfortable apartment that stays that way. So far Wellington Meadows works well.
